We don’t often get fog here in San Jose. There was a decent one awaiting me at 9am. So I put the leash on Rex and headed out with the 50mm lens on the D700 and carrying my tripod.
The picture i really wanted to do i couldn’t. There are tight wire fences on the freeway overpass so getting a long exposure of car headlights disappearing into the fog wasn’t going to happen. Bur this shot of the railway tracks merging into the fog looked interesting so i went with that instead.
After Rex and I walked on until we came to the McDonalds at the Great Mall. There we stopped, I had breakfast and then Mrs. Kaadian came and joined us.
Rex was very well behaved and didn’t jump at anyone we passed. That’s quite something for him.

Love it.
Definitely one of my favorites you’ve done.
Nice job capturing the misty, moody scene!
