Rescue Beauty Lounge – Film Noir
I had been gagging for this lovely dark creme. On RBL’s site it’s described as “Black orchid. Not for the faint-hearted. The intensely dark violet of a moonless midnight sky.”I was truly hoping for a deep, dark, black-purple…a hearkening back to my silly goth club days. Sadly, this did not deliver. 
Sad panda I am. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a gorgeous color but I just…was hoping for so much more. The formula was great because it was very opaque in 2 thin coats. However, RBL’s formulas for me have been hit and miss – this was a miss. It took forever to dry.
